Dr. Chris Seidlitz, Senior Pastor

Dr. Chris Seidlitz is our Senior Pastor. Pastor Chris was born in Fort Smith Arkansas, and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Tulsa University. He earned a Masters Degree from Southern Nazarene University and a Doctorate of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary. He is also a graduate of The Clinical Pastoral Education program at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Upon graduation from college in 1965, Chris went into the Air Force as a weapons control officer and was honorably discharged in 1969. He served several churches as an education director and a pastor while attending seminary. He returned to active duty in September of 1976 as an Air Force chaplain.

In 1993, he retired from the U.S.A.F.
Since then, Dr. Seidlitz served at Westview Baptist Church in Slaton, Texas and Belmore Baptist Church in San Angelo. In 1999, Windsor Park extended a call to him to come as pastor. 

Pastor Chris is married to Kathy.  Their children are Stacy and Kevin Yates, David and Catherine Seidlitz, and John and Alma Seidlitz.  They also have eight grandchildren.

Steven Armstrong serves as Assistant to the Pastor since 2004.  He surrendered his life to Jesus Christ at seven years old. At the age of 12, he accepted a call from the Lord to become a foreign missionary. He is a graduate of DeSoto High School. Steven earned a B.A. in music, theology and psychology from Dallas Baptist University. In 1982, he earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Seminary. At twenty-five Steven was licensed and ordained as a minister of the gospel. In 2001, Steven earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from D.B.U. and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Steve has also completed three semesters at Wycliffe's Summer Institute of Linguistics at UT Arlington. 

Steven served from 1971-1976 as youth and youth music minister. In 1977, he served as Minister of Evangelism and Youth in Tulsa. While attending seminary from 1978-1982, he was a music director and assistant pastor in Ft. Worth.

Steve and his wife, Kay, served as missionaries in Liberia and Namibia for 16 years between 1982 and 2000. In 1991-1992, Steve was the Director of International Students at Dallas Baptist University.  Steve and Kay have three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Lance Hevron

Our Minister of Music, Rev. Lance Hevron, desires to lead us into the presence of the Lord every time that we meet to worship. He has led our worship services since Fall 2000.

After serving in the U. S. Marine Corps, Lance earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Dallas Baptist University. Windsor Park ordained Lance into the gospel ministry in October 2002. He is a native of Irving, Texas with over eighteen years experience leading congregational worship as well as choral and instrumental ensembles. 

Lance and his wife, Sherri, have three children: Grace Anne, Caleb and Noah.

Crystal Garret

Crystal Garrett serves as our Children’s Director.  Crystal has worked with children in churches and schools for more than ten years.  She graduated from Howard Payne University with a B.S. in Composite Social Studies and is a certified elementary teacher. 
Crystal’s desire is for every child know Jesus as their personal Savior and experience a real relationship with Him.  She is grateful for the opportunity to share with children and support parents and teachers as “we work together to cultivate in each student a sincere love for Jesus Christ.”  God has a plan and purpose for every child and she loves that she gets the opportunity to walk with students on this part of their journey to discover His purpose for their lives!

Debbie Foster

Ms. Debbie Wooten has been the Director of Windsor Park Primary School since 2005 and worked in the program since 2003. She received her degree from Texas Woman's University, and attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law for 2 years. As director, she strives to make Windsor Park a place where children can learn a love for God as well as develop an early academic foundation. Debbie also loves ministering to the families and teachers in our program.  

Debbie is the proud parent of Hope and Reid.

  Jay Davis

Jay Davis serves as our Youth Minister.  Jay and his wife Mona have been married for 34 years and they have lived in Desoto since 1986. Jay has a B.S. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a M.S. from the University of Portland, Portland, Oregon, both in Criminal Justice. Jay and Mona both served proudly in the U.S.A.F. Jay and Mona have been members of Windsor Park since 1995.

Jay feels that the Lord has called him to the Youth Ministry to use his testimony and life's experience to help lead our youth to Christ and to help establish a solid  biblical foundation that will equip our youth to face the many challenges ahead of them with a Christ centered focus.

   
   
  Rodney Singleton

Rodney Singleton serves as Minister of Education.  His training as church planner, coupled with pastoral experiences, bring a unique approach to training and preparing men and women for a life of obedience and holiness.  Rodney believes that life style evangelism and purposefully discipleship training is the key to living and acting out Christian faith, which is the fundamental of Christian education.  Rodney has earned a Bachelor Degree in Business and also a Masters of Art Degree from Liberty University in Evangelism and Church Planting.  He has been happily marriage to Kimberly Singleton for over 11 years and they have two wonderful boys together.
